We want you to be completely satisfied with your Sahlbuy purchases. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
How to Make a Return or Exchange:
- Initiate Your Request Online: Visit your Sahlbuy account on our website or app to request a return or exchange. If you don't have an account, use the "Track Your Order" link in your Sahlbuy order confirmation email.
- Locate Your Order: Find the order containing the item(s) you wish to return or exchange and click the "Return/Exchange" button.
- Select Items & Reason: Choose the specific item(s), select whether you want a return or exchange (e.g., for a different size), and provide a brief explanation. Click "Next Step" to proceed.
- Choose Exchange Details (If Applicable): If exchanging for a different size or color, select the replacement item. Subject to availability.
- Arrange Return Shipping: Carefully pack the item(s) and await collection by our courier, or drop off at the designated location as instructed.
- Track Your Request: You can check the status of your return or exchange through your order details page.
Return Shipping:
- Return shipping charges apply and will be communicated to you at the time of request.
What Can Be Returned or Exchanged?
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags and hygiene stickers intact.
- Items clearly marked as non-refundable or non-returnable are not eligible.
- Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.
Returns:
- Once your returned item is received and inspected to confirm it meets the conditions above, your return will be processed.
- Refunds will be issued via EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or bank transfer, based on your preference.
Exchanges:
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability for the requested size or color.
- If the requested replacement item or size is unavailable, a refund will be issued via EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or bank transfer instead.
Missing/Undelivered Items:
- If an item is missing or undelivered, select the appropriate reason under "Return/Other Help" to notify us. Our customer service team can also assist further. We rely on carrier tracking information to determine delivery status.
Important Notes:
- The sender's address on your package is not the return address. Using that address may delay processing. Always use the address provided to you for returns.
- Double-check your return package to ensure you only include items intended for return. Contact customer service if you accidentally include the wrong item(s). Sahlbuy is not responsible for lost or misplaced items due to return errors.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

- Refunds will typically be processed within 3-7 business days of approval, depending on the payment method.
