Overview 1.1 These Terms are between you and Haban Enterprises, a Pakistani registered company. 1.2 "Sahlbuy" refers to our website and mobile apps, operating as the exclusive online retailer of Babaya footwear in Pakistan. 1.3 We provide technical and operational support for Sahlbuy. You may pay for multiple orders in one transaction, which may be delivered together. 1.4 Additional policies, including our Privacy Policy and Return and Refund Policy, may apply. 1.5 We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on Sahlbuy and will be effective immediately.
2. User Requirements and Registration 2.1 You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. 2.2 You cannot use the Services if you are banned or restricted by law. 2.3 You must create an account with accurate information and keep it updated. You are responsible for activities under your account. 2.4 You may register using a social network service (SNS) account. By doing so, you grant us access to certain SNS information.
3. Rules and Restrictions 3.1 Use the Services for personal use only, and comply with all applicable Pakistani laws. 3.2 Protect your account information. Notify us of any unauthorized use. 3.3 Do not create multiple accounts or engage in prohibited activities.

5. Communications 5.1 You consent to receive electronic communications from us, including via WhatsApp. Standard data and messaging rates may apply.
6. User Submissions 6.1 You grant us rights to use any content you post on Sahlbuy, including product reviews and photos. 6.2 User Submissions must not contain offensive material.
7. Ownership 7.1 All content on Sahlbuy is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use content without permission. 7.2 We respect intellectual property rights, including those of Babaya, and may remove infringing content.
8. Responsibilities; Third Party Risks 8.1 You are responsible for the content you post and interactions on Sahlbuy. 8.2 We are not responsible for third-party content or websites linked from Sahlbuy, including third-party marketplaces where our products may also be listed.
9. Purchases 9.1 Read product listings before purchasing, including size guides. You agree to pay all applicable fees in PKR. 9.2 We strive for accuracy but may correct errors in pricing and product information. 9.3 Payments may be made via EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or other payment methods made available on Sahlbuy. 9.4 We aim to deliver orders within 2 days to major cities across Pakistan, though delivery times may vary by location.
10. Refunds, Exchanges and Related 10.1 Refer to our Return and Refund Policy for details on returns, exchanges, and refunds, including our sizing exchange policy for footwear.
11. Ending Our Relationship 11.1 You can stop using the Services at any time. We may terminate your account for violating these Terms. 11.2 Termination does not affect your obligations or our rights under these Terms.
12. Warranty Disclaimer 12.1 We provide the Services "as-is" without warranties of any kind.
13. Limitation of Liability 13.1 We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
14. Indemnity 14.1 You agree to indemnify us for any claims arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
15. General 15.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. 15.2 Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Pakistan. 15.3 You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent.
