We want to make shopping at Sahlbuy as easy and affordable as possible. That's why we offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders that are fulfilled from our international warehouses. These orders typically have an estimated delivery timeframe of 6-20 business days from the date your order is shipped.

Local Deliveries: Get Your Products Faster!

For your convenience, we also offer a selection of products stored locally within Saudi or through trusted local retailers. These items can be identified by a "Local Delivery" badge on the product page. When you choose local delivery, you'll benefit from a much faster turnaround time:

  • Estimated Delivery: 2-3 business days from the date your order is shipped.
  • Delivery Charge: In peak times, a flat delivery charge of 0 - 24 Saudi Riyal (SAR) will be applied at checkout.

Service Charge During Peak Periods:

In certain peak seasons or for exceptionally large orders fulfilled from our international warehouses, a service charge may be applied to your order. This service charge will range from 5% to 20% of your total order value and will be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase.

Shipping Address:

For internationally shipped orders, we recommend using a physical address to ensure faster and more reliable delivery. While some couriers may accept P.O. boxes, local delivery restrictions or carrier limitations may cause delays. Local deliveries may also require a physical address depending on the retailer's policy. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

Tracking Your Order:

No matter which shipping option you choose, you'll receive a notification with a tracking number once your order ships. You can use this number to track the progress of your delivery.

Delivery Time and Potential Delays:

We strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe. However, unforeseen circumstances like weather or flight delays could impact the delivery date for internationally shipped orders. For the most up-to-date information, refer to your tracking number.

Delivery Issues:

If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, or the tracking information shows it as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact our friendly customer service team within 90 days of the order date. We're here to help!
